Usually the Post Office offers excellent services. But in this case they entirely fell down because they misrepresented their product and I am stuck with something I do not want.

Upon investigation, the product description for the item you ordered is incredibly ambiguous and could as has happened in your case result in people ordering the incorrect item. In light of this, I am going to refund your full order value as compensation for the inconvenience caused and amend the product description so this matter doesn't arise again.
