Thankyou for your feedback, please accept my apologies over the delay in receiving your stamps.
Upon investigating your order, it appears that the Second Class stamps that you originally ordered have been discontinued and replaced by the Christmas edition of the stamps. Unfortunately this item is currently out of stock.
Please accept my sincere apologies that you were not informed of this. In light of your comments, I will forward your comments on to the correct department and ensure that this doesn't happen again.

Firstly, I am pleased that you are happy with the items you ordered. However, the issues you had when your items were delivered needs to be addressed.
When an item is delivered, we do require a signed proof of delivery from the recipient. However, if Parcelforce are unable to attain this from you, they will leave your items at a local post office in order for them to be collected later.
However, you are supposed to be notified of this by having a card left at your address. As you were not informed this is unacceptable.
I will pass your comments onto our courier and ensure that this does not happen again.
