Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies over any inconvenience this may have caused.
upon investigation of your order, I can see that your coins were dispatched on 13.11.2013 and delivered on 14.11.2013 by Parcelforce and signed for by B Hewitt. The dispatch of these items was delayed as we were delayed in receiving stock of the coins from the Royal Mint.
With regards to your stamp cover, we are going to send you the Stamp cover which commemorates the christening of Price George free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. We are also going to amend the product description for this item stating that is commemorates the birth of the Royal Baby and not the Christening.
