Thankyou for your comments. Further to our telephone conversation I have arranged for a replacement ream of Xerox Colotech+ paper to be sent free of charge to compensate for the damaged ream arriving in your delivery.
I have requested that the product description is amended for the Durable Duraclip files to specify that they use a push clip rather than a swing clip mechanism and finally I will pass your feedback regarding the packaging of your order on to our warehouse team to investigate ways of improving packaging to prevent damages in transit going forward.
