Thankyou for your comments. Firstly, please accept my apologies over any inconvenience caused by receiving the incorrect sized items.
Here at the Post Office Shop, we aim to deliver the highest levels of Customer Service possible. Upon investigation, I can see that you reported that we had sent you incorrectly sized envelopes on 19.12.2013 and we replaced those for you free of charge.
