Thankyou for your comments. Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your coins.
Unfortunately, the delay in receiving your stamps was caused by Royal Mint exhausting their stock due to an underestimation of the high demand for this item.
Here at The Post Office Shop, we work closely with Royal Mail to ensure these occurrences are kept to a minimum and in light of this we did work with Royal Mint to ensure that delivery of stock to ourselves was prioritised over other vendors due to our close relationship with them.
We are also investigating the potential for limiting instances like this further going forward.

We are currently awaiting an update from the Royal Mint themselves as to when stock of this item will be available as they have exhausted their stock of this particular coin.
Due to our close relationship with the Royal Mint, we are working together with them to ensure that once stock is available it is sent to us as a priority over other vendors.
Unfortunately, the Royal Mint underestimated the high demand of this particular coin however we are working with them to prevent instances like this happening going forward.
