Excellent very fast delivery - much quicker than we expected
The website duplicated the order and processed it twice therefore we received double what we ordered. We then had problems with the courier picking up the incorrect parcel sent which was no our fault...

Upon investigation it seems that an error in our ordering system caused the duplication of your order. However I can see that your order was refunded on 09.07.2014 under credit reference 6791540.
With regards to your postage not being refunded - I will arrange for this to be done immedaitely
