Upon investigation of your order, I can see that you were refunded for the cost of your leather grain covers on 09.07.2014 under credit reference 6791960.
I have checked the content on the Post Office Shop site for this item and it doesn't state that the covers are windowed. However the image does appear misleading. I have requested that our product manager sources another image which accurately reflects the product.
