I ordered the product with next day delivery as I needed it for a particular day. It arrived a day late. I expected the post office to get this part of the service right.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delivery.
However, delivery is next working day and as the order was placed on Friday 25th July, and our delivery providers do not offer Saturday delivery, the delivery was due on Monday 28th July.
For future reference I would also like to point out that any orders placed after 5pm on a Friday for next working day will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
