Sorry to hear you have experienced this delay with your Worx delivery
Whilst this does show delivered, I am aware this hasn't been so I have taken this up separately with our Transport Manager and the courier to raise a full investigation.
As this isn't going to be a quick resolution, I don't want to cause any further delay to yourself so I have raised a replacement order to ship out and this should be delivered within the next few days
