Further contact with the WoolOvers Customer Service Team resulted in a request by the Team member for me to check the perimeter of my home for the missing sweaters. No other response has been forthcoming from this company concerning followup with the delivery service, nor has there been any offer to reimburse me for product not received.
The order was delivered to my door in a fully opened plastic bag that had been sloppily taped shut with wide clear tape. A link somewhere between packaging and the full shipping process broke down, and I am out the purchase price of two sweater vests.
The quality of WoolOvers products is outstanding. The delivery service is unreliable, as discovered in this experience. My "bad" rating of WoolOver;s Service stands.

Good morning and thanks for your response. We do apologise that you received an incomplete order. Whilst we are still chasing this matter up with the courier, we are now going to send you replacements for the two missing sweaters. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope this parcel reaches you intact.
I used the chat function to ask a question about an item. The reply was quick and was key to allowing me to purchase what I wanted.

I love everything about your products except the inconsistency of sizing. I want to know that when I order a size I can depend on it being the same size as the last time.
Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear you have received a garment which did not fit. We do try our best to ensure that the right size is selected when customers create their order with us. We provide sizing charts for all items online and we have a system on our website that does warn customers when they are looking at unisex sized items. We are still currently in the process of phasing out all our unisex sizing and introducing just Men’s and Women’s sizes. If you do have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
