Shipping fiasco, averted, but be forewarned!

I ordered two puzzles as thank you presents...... great quality, but shipping nightmares can happen. Wentworth sends overseas to the US via registered mail. This is a nightmare if you work and are...

Thank you for your feedback. To avoid this issue in future please contact us at customer service as soon as you have ordered and we will do our best to ensure your order is shipped Regular Mail. We remember speaking to you about this and advising that orders over a certain weight and size go Tracked Mail to the US as larger sizes cannot normally be delivered by Regular Mail.
