There were missing pieces and it was replaced. All good

The puzzle was superb, provided great enjoyment and arrived before it was scheduled!

I bought a puzzle and when I built it one piece was duplicated and one piece missing. The return and getting a new puzzle was quite effortless.

Their service and products are always excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

yes--difficult for me (98 years of age) with poor eyesight. However family and friend fascinated by shapes of pieces etc. Great gift for families.
