Great service!
We have both our present pups insured with Vetsmedicover and our previous one.
They are always very efficient with any claims and helpful on the phone.

When you joined us you received an Introductory discount, this does not apply at Renewal. When the Underwriter sets the Premium your Pet's age is one factor taken into account so the Premium may increase as your pet gets older. kind regards VetsMediCover

We are sorry that your Pets pre-existing condition was not coverable by the Insurer. Anything noted in your Pet's Clinical History prior to inception is a Pre-existing Condition. For the Insurer to offer cover under one of our Lifetime Policies your Pet must be symptom and treatment free and nothing noted regarding the condition in their Clinical history for a continuous 24 month period. kind regards VetsMediCover
