No point in emailing after the event. Needed assistance and you failed. Update you emergency details of whom to phone for power cuts as yours is incorrect and the national grid do not help you. If you’ve got agents on line then answer you virtual chats and not leave people hanging

Hi Malcolm, thank you for your review! We currently do not use smart meters however, this is in process for us to be able to do so won't be much longer. We do not increase your tariff if you're on a fixed rate deal. This means the rates remain the same throughout the contract and when you are within your renewal period, we will email you renewal offers. The rates only increase or decrease if you are on a variable rate tariff. If you're payments are not enough to cover your usage, they maybe increased to help cover your usage and prevent the account falling into any deficit. They were not able to tell me I incurred a leaving fee from my former supplier which I'm not happy about if I'm giving you my business to save money you better safeguard this loophole.

We do apologise for this, unfortunately we do not have access to what contract deal would have been with your previous supplier, they should have advised you that exit fees about the exit fees when switching and they should be displayed in your tariff agreement you had with them. Hi Brenda, we contact your current supplier to advise that we are taking over, we also provide them with the final readings once we have received these from yourself however, it would be their responsibility to advise you of their contract terms within the contract deals you were with them on. They should have emailed or posted your contract to you when you first joined them and any exit fees included in the contract should have been displayed on your statements. Thank you, Utility Point.

Would recommend but there doesn’t seem to be an app so you need to Bookmark their website or set it as a Favourite. Not keen on having to read meters every month. Others switch was trouble-free....
