Disappointing
Poor communication,Renewed energy supply with this company having a considerable credit.Still waiting for refund,now almost 8 weeks waiting!! Had to contact the company to reduce new direct debit...

Poor communication and internal processes
Improve internal comms. and talk to each other. We moved home 10 months ago but tried to continue charging us in a house they did not supply energy to!

Thank you. Receiving daily emails became frustrating and annoying! It only stopped once I mentioned Ofgem. To be honest it’s completely ever wanting to use Utility Point again.
