Disappointing
Poor communication,Renewed energy supply with this company having a considerable credit.Still waiting for refund,now almost 8 weeks waiting!!

Improve internal comms. and talk to each other. We moved home 10 months ago but tried to continue charging us in a house they did not supply energy to!

Thank you. Receiving daily emails became frustrating and annoying! It only stopped once I mentioned Ofgem. To be honest it’s completely ever wanting to use Utility Point again.
