Not what it seems?

The service is very good but coffee isn't what it seems. Double shot is weak have to use more pods. will be going back to the 14 s I have been using pods are all the same so I think maybe it's one...

Taste and strength can come through differently depending on the pod and extraction, so we appreciate you letting us know.
