Regarding our products on hand, as you will have seen we range thousands of models to be able to offer our customers as many options as possible, with the vast majority of items held in our main warehouse. This enables us to dispatch 95% of our orders within a day or so. However, given you purchased in our busiest month of the year and with hundreds of orders going out daily, coupled with stock constantly coming in and out, there are always some orders that are unfortunately slightly delayed, in the case when we are awaiting replenishment. We’re always happy to assist those customers who require orders urgently by advising them of other options that can be shipped the same day, and we’ll also follow up and ensure those orders are processed and packed with high priority so that we can mitigate any further delays to those customers. Regarding warranty, the manufacturer warranty is entirely optional as we advised you, given they can attend in home with an appointed electrician and at no cost to you.
