Unfortunately, deliveries out with our standard delivery addresses as designated by our carriers, and certainly out with mainland UK delivery addresses will incur addition delivery charges and timescales. This was detailed on the order confirmation you received at the time of placing your order. However, we appreciate your comments as we can use them constructively to better our service in the future. The log in is based on the email address provided at the time of purchase, therefore the same email account needs to be used when logging into your account.
