Excellent product slightly let down by lack of communication.

Ordering process was simple & product arrived quickly. However we never received an email confirming the order or when to expect delivery. Once it was out for delivery we were kept updated by UPS.

Fittting instructions needed.

I would have rated the service excellent but for the lack of fitting instructions. The web site does provide a reasonable guide but doesn't give you any help as to how to asses the correct distance...
