Good afternoon, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have reviewed your order and can see you ordered 64.5cm RECESS width, we clearly stipulate on this particular product description that we will deduct 15mm from the width to accomodate a recess specification, therefore the 63cm was correct. Fortunately, you had purchased measure protect insurance and we could replace the blinds, the cost to you was £9.95 to cover the delivery cost for the replacement. In regard to the cut of the blind, there is no mention of this on the communication to customer support, if you can send some images showing the issue we can assess this further. Regards. The order was was delivered on the 16th working day which is within the specified lead time. We apologise for any confusion relating to the dates as lead times are fabric and blind type specific. Good afternoon, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have reviewed your order and can see you ordered 89mm vertical blind. Due to some communication confusion whereupon it was noted that you had received 127mm slats in error we remade the slats which again arrived as 89mm vanes, which is correct as this is what you have ordered. It became evident that the confusion was you expected 127mm slats bit received 89mm which is what we sell and advertise and therefore the order was correct. It is unfortunate that you had not ordered what you required however we manufactured the blinds twice to your specification. We have not done anything wrong here.
