Hi, Thank you for the review. I apologise that your order was sadly delayed. Unfortunately I can see that this was a result of the strain of volume on the courier in them being unable to handle the volume of orders, and compounded by a vehicle breakdown once the order was collected. Sadly in this instance this was out of control, despite our best efforts.

Hi, I am sorry you order was slow to reach you. However I can see that both your recent orders were placed over Christmas and New Years day, when sadly both ourselves and our couriers were closed. I can see both your orders were dispatched as soon as we and the couriers were both open, and all services up and running.
