Hi, I do apologise for the delay in your delivery. Sadly when we ship orders, once with a courier we do entrust that the goods will be delivered in a timely manner, and rely on an element of honesty in their attempts to deliver. I can see looking at the tracking, once this issue was raised my colleague was able to contact them, and that the parcel was delivered within 24hrs from this being done.
With regards to the out of stock item, the ridgemonkey Cozee seat is pre-order but I can see this has now been shipped at the time of writing as stock has arrived.
