Hi, I am sorry to see that you were not happy with the service you received with regards to your recent order with us. Your tracking would of been emailed across to you, and traceable via our website, and I can see that your order was shipped on time with us, however sadly as a result of the Christmas period the couriers operating hours differed, and they were closed. I can see this was delivered however, but the delay was a result of the couriers being closed during that xmas period.
