Thank you for your comments. I have been in touch with the courier company this morning and they are unable to give me an answer as to why they did not collect the shoes when we had arranged it; so I would really like to apologise for that. We also offer an alternative method of return which is with the Royal Mail pre paid returns label that should have been supplied where the shoes can be returned with less interference with yourself (in regards to having to wait in for a courier to turn up). I can see from your account that we have now received the shoes back and have issued you with a refund. I will also ask our sourcing department to consider offering a size 10.5 and thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.

If a Company wants to encourage feed-back to learn of the public perception they have about them, what is the point of responding by saying "As above". They are not focused on their responses and the impact this can have on their business in the long-term.
