Sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service or the shoes. I have looked at your account today and there is no record of us receiving your shoes back. We would be unaware of any problems, until you contacted us. If you could contact us with the returns number the courier would have supplied, we will have a look into it and find out what has happened to your shoes. As soon as we have the information we need, we will get this problem resolved as soon as possible.

Both pairs of shoes were too big in the heel, sloppy to walk in but otherwise a good fit. The overall quality was pretty poor & definately not worth the cost.BOTH PAIRS WERE RETURNED.
