took 3 attempts and many e-mails to get the boots i wanted. in the end i had to choose a pair that was actually my 2nd choice as the first 2 pairs were badly marked despite being quality checked. I ended up with a pair i would not have originally wanted. Customer service were little help until i threatended to escalate my complaint.

Great and very impressed with the response, the packaging, the shoes and all the extras (shoe trees and bags). Have used Jones for years but I;ll be back to you... Thanks
