Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the shoes were not of their normal level of quality and workmanship and also the fact that they did not fit. Sadly this is one of the disadvantages of mail order; not having the opportunity to try the shoes on first. I have sent you a pre paid returns label so that the shoes can be returned through the post at no cost to yourself.
