Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the shoes were not of their normal level of quality and workmanship and also the fact that they did not fit. Sadly this is one of the disadvantages of mail order; not having the opportunity to try the shoes on first. I have sent you a pre paid returns label so that the shoes can be returned through the post at no cost to yourself. If you would rather another collection to be arranged, and somebody is available to wait in for the courier (they missed you the previous time), please drop us an email or give us a call on 0871 911 7044 so that this can be arranged.

Sorry to hear that the two shoes did not match. Because they are handmade, there maybe a very, very slight variation in the finish. I can see from the notes on your account that you have been in touch to arrange a collection and as soon as we receive those back, they will be swapped over as promised. If you have any queries, or if the couriers have missed you for the collection, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
