Unfortunately that is one of the disadvantages of mail order; not having the opportunity to try the shoes on before making your purchase. However, because of this we do offer a free returns service along with the Samuel Windsor 30 day worn or unworn guarantee which I can see you have taken advantage of. As soon as we receive the shoes back, the refund will be processed back onto your card as requested.
