Quality only just acceptable - a bit rustic in places. Rough suede heel pads causing blisters at present. A couple of light shade patches on the toes of the brown shoes which I hope will polish over.

Good delivery service all goods received in a timely manner. I bought City Shoes in Black & Chelsea boots in Tan Brown. Products are reasonable quality & good value for money at sales price, but not worth full price. I suspect they are 'Hand Made' abroad where labour prices are lower given the cryptic advertising and feel of them. This aspect ought to be clear in the advertising as I can't help feeling a little cheated by this. However if I get decent wear out of them I'd probably buy again.
