I'm sending the shoes back as they are very poor quality. The insides were mouldy, the leather like thin cardboard and there was excess glue all over the joints. Overall for a pair of shoes apparently worth £100, they are not worth the £30.

Very sorry to hear that! They must have got damp between the manufacturers and our warehouse and gone unnoticed. Also the fact that they were not of their normal level of quality and workmanship. The delivery turned up quickly within a few days of ordering, however upon receipt the goods had been poorly packed so one of the shirt boxes had been crushed by the weight of the shoes. The shoes were not a quality product, the belt did not fit and because there was damage to the shirt I decided to return the delivery. Customer service were polite and organised and arranged for collection of the goods the next day.
