Very sorry to hear that. We have two methods of return. The first being a pre paid postage label that can be used to return them through the post office free of charge and the second is a courier collection. The collection will take place within the next 2-4 working days and will take approximately 2 weeks for the shoes to arrive back with us; sadly we are unable to give a day or time as to when the courier will come to collect the goods.
