Very sorry to hear that you found the monk's uncomfortable and the loafers were not up to their normal level of quality and workmanship. I have taken a look at your account and can confirm that the refund was processed back onto your card on the 30th January. I am really sorry for the delivery problems you received; this type of service is not acceptable. We entrusted our parcels in good faith to our couriers and unfortunately they let us down. This was most certainly not up to our usual standards. Normally when we give a delivery timescale we stick to it and indeed in most cases parcels arrive sooner than promised. I will arrange for your postage charge as we obviously did not meet our delivery promise on this occasion.
