Very sorry to hear of the problems you have encountered. Issues with deliveries will always be high up on the level of complaints with mail order, it is sadly something mail order companies will always have to deal with. Compared with the sheer amount of parcels that are despatched from us every day, the amount that go missing is very, very few but unfortunately it does happen. We are always looking at ways to improve our service. This is the main reason we have joined forces with Feefo; to try and identify areas that are lacking in some way. Our sincere apologies for the way in which your order was handled. There does seem to have been a number of problems with our systems and routines which we can only apologise for. In regards to the jumpers still being on the website, these should have been only advertising the sizes that were still available. Just because one size is sold out, it does not mean the others are. However, I can confirm that the website is now correct. If they were delayed, this would have again been down to our systems where improvements have recently been made to try and combat the problem.
