Very sorry to hear that we could not supply the one pair you wanted. Sadly it would be an impossible task to get in touch with every customer when an item is discontinued with a supplier, to see if they would like an alternative item. We have tried to implement this, but by the time we received a reply the alternative may be unavailable or the delivery would have been too late for the item that was in stock. Also the majority of people did not reply at all which in turn held up the entire order. However, we are currently looking into ways of improving the way in which we notify our customers of any delays or when items become unavailable. Kind Regards Samuel Windsor

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for not being able to supply you with your order. Unfortunately as with any retailer, we do have times where items do go out of stock.
