I am very sorry your order didn't arrive in time for the holiday and I appreciate your disappointment. I have refunded the postal charge, as we clearly did not meet our service promise on this occasion. This was most certainly not up to our usual standards; normally when we give a delivery timescale we stick to it and indeed in most cases parcels arrive sooner than promised.
