Sorry to see that the shoes did not quite fit. Unfortunately because of the nature of mail order, you are unable to try the shoes on before you buy them, as you would on the high street. Our website does not have a live stiock facility for a number of reasons, so we are not able to monitor stock levels 24/7, but our website is updated as soon as it is humanly possible. However, the delivery date stated in the email sent on the 20th of May still stands as we will forward the shoes on ASAP.
