I am sorry about the misunderstanding, our quotes are valid for 30 days. If a promocode is used and it's not longer valid at the time of purchase, price will return to the original one.

I have used Tick Travel before and so far I haven`t needed to claim so as far as service goes I can only say taking out travel insurance with them online is easy to do.
