My trip has been cancelled due to the Middle East war. Tick insurance had refunded the loss of the booking 100% only deducted the excess. Happy for the refund process.

Thanks Anna, I did as you suggested and emailed last week. I did follow up today. I am now waiting for a reply. I hope the team can get to it soon. I suspect it was not the best idea to have a discount code marketing exercise shortly before a systems upgrade. Perhaps marketing by should work with IT to avoid this in future. This promotion has backfired on marketing in several ways with the code not working and now the system not sending policy documents
