Requesting that I perform a test did not cause any upset whatsoever. Being told that a tree was in its ‘dormancy stage’ in mid spring, its prime growing season is the ridiculous stock answer I referred to. It was only after I informed you that I had already checked the root stock (which was already dead and dried out), that there was black mould present in the graft and that I knew well how to care for plants as a former employee of one of your major suppliers that anything was resolved. Please don’t try to cast me as an hysteric who was unreasonably complaining for no just reason.

The first order was for 72 plug plants and refunded due to non delivery. The voucher was used to purchase the 'Nurseryman's Collection' and a third of the plants did not thrive. The aquilegia were particularly poor specimens.
