I am sorry if you feel you have been misled. The plant you are referring to can be grown both indoors and outdoors as long as you acclimatise it each time between indoors and outdoors and vice versa. Naomi ... these plants have only been kept indoors by me, so no need to re-acclimatise them. I have followed the instructions, and all of these trees in both consignments have died reasonably quickly. I have dozens of Bonsai plants, but these in particular have been awful ... the second lot have all died now too ... and guess what ... you planted them in an even smaller pot than the first lot ... not even giving them a chance ... I am extremely disappointed and I would like a refund for this second lot as well please, as they are clearly not what I expected from your company. I have bought hundreds and hundreds of bulbs from your company without any complaints ... it looks like you are just not prepared to deal with this issue ... So yes, I feel as though I have been misled in a big way ... this particular product is clearly not what it should be. David Hunter

Deliveries are usually well packed. The quality of the plants I have received has always been good. When there has been a problem with a plant suffering damage during delivery it has been replaced.
