It is disappointing that you have reviewed our service based on one of our fragrances. Many fragrances are being replaced with formulations to make them far more Cold process soap friendly and that the two reviewed were actually discontinued lines.
Rosebuds is quite a subtle fragrance and we have many other and stronger 'rose' type fragrances on offer. Everyone's sense of smell is different and it is hard to offer a fragrance everybody will like.

Thank you for your comment, You will find your VAT number on the bottom of your invoice, it will be found under the total price.
We do not supply expiration dates due to our products being cosmetic not consumable although the shelf life can be requested through our info@thesoapkitchen.co.uk or be found on many MSDS sheets on the website.
I will email you regarding the leaked product with hope of finding a solution for you.
