Rowan trees are deciduous, which means during the winter months they are naturally dormant and will arrive without leaves. While this can look very different from summer photos, it’s actually when the tree is resting and storing energy, ready to burst into leaf and growth as spring arrives. What may appear twig-like now is very much alive and part of the tree’s natural seasonal cycle. We’re also sorry to hear your parcel arrived with some damage. We have carefully checked our email history and can’t find any record of damage being reported to us at the time of delivery. Had we known, we would of course have been more than happy to look into this and help. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it as it helps us reflect and improve how we set expectations and communicate the seasonal nature of our trees. 🌿
