Whilst we appreciate you committed to purchase the insurance before the exclusion was communicated we hadn't actually taken payment, we sent documentation detailing the exclusion - you then have the 14 day cooling off period to ensure the cover meets your needs. Straightforward

This was all fairly straightforward. It wasn't entirely clear how to adjust the excess, or even if that was an option. Otherwise, good value and quick to set up.
