How do we deal with fake reviews?

Dissappointed

Cost Has increased by 25% in a year !!! But for our older dog it went up by 200%!!!!!! How is this good service ?

Good morning, Thank you for your review, we're sorry to learn you're unhappy with the premium increase seen. Whilst we accept the receipt of an increase is unwelcome, we do have to regularly review our premiums. They can go up, down or stay the same.
