Hello, We're really sorry to learn you're so dissatisfied with the service. We can see this policy was set to start soon but you've now cancelled it. We wouldn't be in a position to lower the premium at the start of the policy, the only way to reduce the premium would be to reduce the cover or change the type of policy held.
