The delay with your delivery was caused by a temporary issue based on our supplier moving web systems. This move caused disruption to despatches, tracking links and delivery networks so some orders were being caught in the system and not despatched on the dates advised, deliveries were not trackable and communication with the couriers to resolve any delays was taking longer than normal. This was an extremely frustrating situation for everyone involved, and we're really sorry for the effect the above issues had on your delivery. We can thankfully advise these issues were picked up as a matter of urgency and are now resolved so any future orders you place with us should be serviced on our usual speedy lead-times with a smooth delivery experience.
