Pleasant enough but lacks depth and strength I prefer in a cheese. It was perfectly acceptable, however as I am a fan of stronger cheeses it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

The smell takes over the room and anything you store this cheese in, however the flavour is subtly sweet and a revelation. This is a fabulous cheese lovers cheese and is complimented by a crunchy...

A real favourite of mine. It is rich and creamy with a piquant tang that hits the palate perfectly. It is complimented by a membrillo or cheese jam but I love it with charcuterie.

This is an excellent ewe cheese which was a gift from the family. We will certainly want to order for ourselves.
