Pleasant enough but lacks depth and strength I prefer in a cheese. It was perfectly acceptable, however as I am a fan of stronger cheeses it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

A real favourite of mine. It is rich and creamy with a piquant tang that hits the palate perfectly. It is complimented by a membrillo or cheese jam but I love it with charcuterie.

This is an excellent ewe cheese which was a gift from the family. We will certainly want to order for ourselves.

Sometimes my local farm shop runs out so I order from here.
